Covid Protocols

We have, since day one of the pandemic, taken extra-ordinary precautions and invested extensively in sanitation, testing and vaccinations to keep our doors open and be available to our clients. Our protocols are to protect all of our Private Practitioners and our Clients here at LifeSquared Counseling & Consulting. We believe in and support the biological science of the pandemic. Covid cases and deaths are still a reality in our community.

  • Our private practice Therapists often modify their client loads and schedules to reduce their daily exposure to multiple clients as they feel necessary.

    • This means our clients remain mindful of the time reserved and cancel or modify your appointment as soon as possible so other clients can have access to that time slot. Of course we understand if you don't have a comfort level coming in, but we ask that you do not make an appointment until you have a high level of comfort.

  • Each NEW client should arrive approx. 10 minutes early and be prepared to mask-up based on the conversation you have with your Therapist. (See our Location tab for information to arrive.)

  • Make arrangements ahead of time for anyone - including children - accompanying you. We want you to have your own space, your own time, and your own moments each and every visit. Our public areas are designed to accommodate and serve our individual clients. (Please Note: Damages and thefts in our highly appointed and personalized space are taken very seriously. Clients are absolutely responsible for incidents occurring with anyone accompanying them.)

  • Sessions can be shortened slightly to allow each Therapist to sanitize between each client.

  • Any client experiencing any Covid-19 symptoms during the time we are working together must inform us immediately so we may alert all clients we saw on that day. It is the right thing to do.

  • Some of the private practice therapists are only seeing clients via tele-counseling, and some are not. Each Therapist has the ability to set how they conduct their sessions.
